Start and Race Strategy: This part of the seminar will focus on ways to prepare for a start and strategies around the race course. For starts, we will look at how to prepare and making a game plan. We will also look at crew roles and three main parts to the start. Race strategy will look at both upwind and downwind concepts to better understand a race course. Sail Controls and Sail Shape: This part of the seminar will look at all the different aspects that affect a mast and sail. Then we will look at how we can use these different aspects to affect our sails and tuning.
